Wanna find out the real reason for this one? The real reason why flipping websites are so important for Twitter marketers, is simply because there are so many people out there who are looking to buy websites for their own niches. For example, if there is a girl who wants to buy fashion related websites, you could simply flip it on your own, and try to sell it to her. But we should also consider that there are other bidders who are going after the girl who wants to buy a fashion related website.

You need to make sure that everything would be very attractive, in order for her to buy your own website. She gets what she wanted, while you are receiving some money from her like no other. This is why Twitter marketers should give some importance to flip their own websites in any niche.
